Acts 2:42

Acts 2:42
  • God expects us as believers to practice some exercises – excercises that happen to train believers.
  • We have communion to remember what God has done for us.
  • Why read the Bible? To know God. If you are going to help someone at work, if you make friends, are married you need to get to know them.
  • Don't do what Man wants, do what God wants. Reading Bible is not to gain knowledge about God, but to know God - relationship. Abraham was a friend of God. This is what we want to be.
  • Learn about God and learn about fellowship. Fellowship- get to know each other's heart. The things that tick you off and the things that don't.
  • Breaking of Bread - to remember what God has done for us. Prayer - (like the walkie talkie). How you live your life and how you talk with God. Everything you say goes up to God. He hears it all.

What is this verse describing?
